1. General accounting work

– Check and compare data between departments; between details and summary.
– Check the arising business transactions of accounting sections.
– Record internal transactions, period-end transactions before preparing financial statements.
– Make periodic management reports on revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
– Prepare quarterly, 6-month, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
– Print detailed books and summary books in accordance with the correct forms and archive them fully as prescribed.
– Provide guidance on how to process and account for transactions for other accounting sections.
– Participate in building and improving the internal financial accounting system effectively and transparently.

2. Tax accounting work:

• Prepare documents and data to explain and work with tax, audit, and inspection authorities.
• Regularly update tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Propose adjustment entries and improve reasonable cost-revenue recording methods.
• Review VAT, PIT, CIT declarations and related reports.

3. Other tasks:

• Update and provide data as requested by the Board of Directors or related departments.
• Collect and summarize accounting and financial data when requested.
• Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

• Graduated from Accounting – Auditing – Finance (University/College).
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably those who have done internal auditing or have experience working with tax authorities.
• Understand the corporate accounting system, Vietnamese accounting standards.
• Good data synthesis and analysis skills, logical and careful thinking.
• Proficient in using accounting software (MISA, FAST or equivalent).
• Good presentation, communication and coordination skills
